From February 15 to 17, 2024, Erasmus + training for teams of national universities of the Kyrgyz Republic on strategic planning, organized by the National Office of Erasmus + in Kyrgyzstan, is taking place on the basis of Salymbekov University
The training was attended by the Vice–rector for Academic Affairs – Zhamangulov A. A. and the head of quality assurance - Sarbagysheva G. E. The
purpose of this training is to teach the methodology and tools of strategic analysis and planning to improve the quality of the educational institution’s Strategy, as well as the introduction of new management approaches and innovations into the university environment.
In addition, the main tasks were raised at the training:
Understanding strategic management,
- Management methodologies and tools,
- development of analytical thinking,
- motivation for professional and personal growth.
