Adam University Alumni Association

On January 21, 2006, for the first time, a working meeting of graduates of various classes of the Bishkek Finance and Economics Academy was held as part of the project “Development of the Career Center at the BFE Academy” with the support of the Business and Economic Education Project, KARANA Corporation, and USAID. At this meeting, Career Center staff gave a presentation on the center's activities and proposed discussing the creation of an Academy Alumni Association and attempting to develop the basis for creating all the necessary documents regulating the Association's activities.

This proposal was well received by the graduates, who suggested developing an agreement between the graduates present at the working group and outlining all the fundamental principles for the creation of the Alumni Association.
The graduates of the Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economics who attended the first meeting agreed on the following:
The creation of the Adam University Alumni Association is expedient, relevant, and in the general interests of the graduates, students, faculty, and administration of Adam University.
The Association should operate on a regular basis to promote the development of Adam University and its graduates.
The Career Center would like to thank all graduates who responded to the proposal to establish the Adam University Alumni Association, and we hope that we will not stop there. After all, the Association is not only an opportunity to meet classmates and friends, but also an opportunity for dialogue with professionals in their field and new avenues for cooperation.
Every year, graduates of Adam University join the Association, thereby gaining the opportunity to connect with professionals in their field and acquire new avenues for cooperation with the business community in Kyrgyzstan and foreign companies.
