HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT AND LEGAL SUPPORT DIVISION

The activities of the Human Resources Management and Legal Support Division are carried out by five services:
- Human Resources Department Service (teachers and staff of the university);
- Student Human Resources Department Service;
- Adam University Technology and Innovation Support Center (UA Technology and Innovation Support Center (UA TISC);
- Legal Support Service;
- Archives Service.
  
The department uses modern information technologies to work with personnel in its work; conducts sociological and psychological research aimed at improving the organization of work, production and management, increasing the labor productivity of the university; in cooperation with other structural departments, ensures compliance with labor protection rules and regulations.

The department operates according to the following rules:
- Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Decrees and orders of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Charter of the University and other normative legal acts of the University.
