Today, April 1, 2026, an open practical session was held for students of the Faculty of Medicine.
The format was not just about "showing skills," but about teaching students to "think like a doctor." Working with a mannequin, they practiced basic yet critically important skills:
• Anthropometry (height, weight, head and chest circumference);
• Cardiac auscultation;
• Lung auscultation;
• Newborn assessment using the Apgar score.
A special emphasis was placed on clinical reasoning: every measurement → analysis → potential diagnosis → subsequent actions.
Instead of just following algorithms, students analyzed real-life clinical cases, learning to notice abnormalities and make informed medical decisions.
