The Rector of Adam University, as part of her participation in the round table “Talent Management: Strategies and Technologies for Developing Human Capital and Innovative Potential of the Country”
The Rector of Adam University, as part of her participation in the round table “Talent Management: Strategies and Technologies for Developing Human Capital and Innovative Potential of the Country” presented new areas of the AU Development Strategy for 2025-2030. The Rector noted that the main focus of the strategy is on the development of flexible educational programs based on innovative approaches in order to train specialists with the necessary competencies and skills to work effectively in a dynamically changing global environment and actively participate in its progressive transformation. To implement this direction, Adam University plans to implement the following activities: development and advancement of personalized modular educational programs, the introduction of digital micro-qualification systems, minor programs, and short-term courses. These methods will allow students and listeners to customize their education in accordance with personal and professional goals, adapting to the changing requirements of the labor market.
